Sticks

You, a collection of smaller stick-like organisms, must find more of these sticks to make yourself longer and be able to overcome the various hardships of being a weird stick creature.

BUGS! Lot of bugs. Also, I'm not entirely sure if the game can be completed.

Made for Brackeys Game Jam 2021.1

I ended up restarting 5 times and so this is what I threw together in 6 hours or so.

In the game the controls are sort of shown to you, but for clarification:

• X re-spawns you to the last save point
• Up, left, right and down keys detach the front end of the chain from any surface it's attached to and allow you to control its direction
• Z will detach the back end and pull the sticks towards the front end
• Both can only be done while the other end is attached to a surface
